We have had one of our DJI #Dock 2’s installed at our demo site now for almost 4 months, running continuously in order to determine its ability to work around the clock and in various weather conditions. Being right near the coast has also been putting it through its paces! Now temperatures have started to drop we saw the Dock exposed to minus figures, with snow and ice and yet it still carries on without any issues. Some good progress with #DOCKSafe, our Visual Observer safety platform for DJI Dock 1 and 2 and third-party #Droneinabox solutions. With some custom integration with #DJI #Flighthub2 we are able to bring the #Matrice30 and #Matrice3D to a complete stop during flight just by pressing the emergency stop button on the remote panel. Crucial stats from the Dock and Aircraft are displayed on the panels display, along with live video feed of the Dock camera. The observer will have no other control over the aircraft or Dock except to pause the flight. Operations can only be resumed by the remote operator. Remove the need sending Pilots to assist with Dock operations on site, helping reduce costs and efficiency… DJI #droneinabox #diab #droneautonomy #droneinspection #djidock #djienterprise
