A little update from our site outside Great Ellingham. All five homes are on schedule and moving along nicely!! Plot 1- Ready for dry liners and Patios externally. Plot 2- Currently being 1st fixed inside whilst the roof is being tiled in. Scaffold down soon!! Plot 3- Roof and gables will be complete this week ready for felt and baton. Plot 4- Finishjng the brickwork ready for roof. Plot 5- Roof and gables will be complete next week ready for felt and baton. A little update and some pictures from our two sites in Baconsthorpe near Holt. We will be building eight homes split over two small sites and will include a mixture of houses and bungalows. We've made some good progress taking the buildings down and hope to start crushing the concrete for re-use next week. On Friday we took a reservation for Plot 4 at Whispering Wood. Whilst we are aware that a sale is never over the line until legal completion, we are thrilled to agree another reservation. This leaves us with only one home remaining here and we've not even officially gone to market yet.
