Our latest Creative CX Experimentation Leaders round table, enjoying excellent conversations and fabulous Portuguese food at Bar Douro. Even though it was so close to Christmas and just 2 days after the Experimentation Elite conference, we still managed to have such insightful discussions on a wide range of experimentation topics including App experimentation, ROI of the programme, user segmentation & measuring long term impact changes. In total we received lots of entries with a nice mix of experiment ideas focusing of lifestyle, health, parenting, and business. We're excited to announce TWO incredible winners: Oli Spencer's proposed experiment focused on improving points redemption on experiences by incentivising call centre staff. Craig Sullivan for sharing a quasi-experiment he ran that focused on the difference between paper receipts and emailed receipts with follow-up activities.
