The key things to consider for them are: How do you engage your exercise audience?  What’s your back-up plan if you drop in a fragment of information to the one of the key players and they don’t respond. They might think it was not for them? They assume they don’t have to act on it? Lastly, he mentions designing your Master Events List (MEL) is a great opportunity as crisis consultants to go back to your client and ask what else do you see happening? The Scenario and Strategic Communications element of #CrossedSwords2024 provides the context and background to the technical component of the Exercise. Using the Crisis Simulation Application Conducttr a range of social media and news posts have been created to provide the Cyber Headquarters with real time feedback on the development of the Exercise scenario. This includes news and social media videos, which for the first time have employed AI in their production enabling the training audience to experience the latest developments in media production techniques.
