What a difference a few years makes, I am so proud of this spectacular project. Cockpit Deptford's newly refurbished site now provides additional affordable studios, an inviting new community craft garden, cafe and Learning Centre. Against a back drop of high inflation and challenging market conditions Cockpit, alongside an talented project team, has delivered a thriving creative hub for makers, the craft and cultural sector, and the community of Lewisham. The newly transformed space will allow us to inspire generations to come and nurture many more of the worlds most talented makers. Our cafe is now open Tuesday-Friday, with events running throughout the month. We welcome you to come and enjoy our new space.
