This year’s been a canvas of challenges and creativity, with many milestones reached. So when we paused to celebrate, it was a brilliant excuse to arrive decked out in full festive finery! Looking back, we’re proud of what we’ve built - not just numbers on a screen, but trust, transformation, and a shared belief in our mission. We're clear that the future won’t wait. We’re fired up, focused, and intent on hitting ambitious targets in 2025. But for now? We want to thank our clients, partners, and colleagues - the collective force that makes success possible. ထ #CharcoVision #BoldMovesOnly

Jayme Cesman is a business analyst at Charco, primarily working on the GableGroup brand in London. "Each day at Charco is different, and my role is constantly changing," he says. "It's a career that keeps me challenged and engaged." “I’m in an environment of continuous growth and learning,” Jayme continues. “I regularly take on new tasks, allowing me to explore new disciplines and develop diverse skills. I've also been exposed to different approaches and methodologies, which has been an enriching experience." Jayme recently completed two key projects, of which he’s particularly proud. "It’s exciting to have the chance to contribute to the full lifecycle of product development," he shares. "These projects allowed me to collaborate with talented teams." Jayme has a deep passion for data. "In data analysis, it’s crucial to remember that numbers represent people," he explains. "Presenting data effectively requires a clear understanding of the context behind it. Anyone working with data must go beyond identifying trends, they must ask the right questions. What drives human behaviour? What needs and desires shape the data we analyse? These insights are essential for creating interpretations that add value." He emphasises the importance of considering the bigger picture: "I like to think of life as a spreadsheet. You open a workbook, set up extra tabs, dive into the data, tweak formulas, and troubleshoot. It’s easy to get lost in the details. But then you step back and look at the dashboard, and everything falls into place. The key numbers you need are right there. It’s tempting to spend hours on a single worksheet that doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things." “As a business analyst, whether in investment or any other area, I constantly prioritise that dashboard. It’s all about focusing on what truly drives our goals, and that’s where the magic happens!” If Jayme were a character in a TV show, he’d choose Ted Mosby from 'How I Met Your Mother'. "I've often been told I'm a bit like Ted, particularly in my passion for my career," he says. "Ted is incredibly nerdy about his work in architecture and can talk for hours about the details, much as I do with data analysis. I also appreciate Ted’s charm - he's a bit ridiculous, is loyal, and has big dreams, such as building a skyscraper and finding love. Those aspirations resonate with me as I strive for professional success and personal fulfilment." ♠️

This momentum gives us quiet confidence and the ability to deliver on our quest with conviction.

It's our one year anniversary in London, a year since we relocated our head office! 🖤 Traditionally, the symbol for a first anniversary is paper. How fitting, as we’ve only just begun to pen the Charco story. Paper illustrates the plans, contracts, and growth strategies that have defined our success. “It’s amazing to look back and see how far we’ve come," says Justin Le Roux. "We couldn’t have done it without the incredible team we have around us. We’ve brought several brands to life this year, and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings."
