The Stove Industry Association (SIA), a champion for the industry, successfully lobbied for an amendment to the New Build Heat Standard (NBHS) in Scotland. This means that starting January 1st, 2025, Eco Design wood-burning stoves can once again be installed in new builds and existing buildings undergoing conversion. STATEMENT FROM THE FOUNDERS 🔥 This has certainly been one of the most challenging years of our 19-year history. We lost our two boilers, eight kilns, and stock in a massive fire. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and it could have been far worse. We are now well underway in sourcing sufficient stock to meet this year's demand and busy planning the way forward.
