The scheme provides students with all-round convenience, excellent transport links and a short walk to Nottingham Trent University. The development consists of 472 beds, a mix of 4-11 bedroom clusters and studio bedrooms. The scheme provides students with a gym, bike store and multiple breakout areas including an outdoor courtyard area. This development was sold to our client Student Roost and delivered by the main contactor NMCN in July 2021.
