We’re delighted to introduce Fergus Dent, our new Growth Manager, to the Capsule team! 🚀 In his role, Fergus works with high-growth businesses, helping them navigate their insurance needs as they scale. By building strong relationships, he supports Capsule’s mission to deliver tailored solutions that truly make a difference in a dynamic market. Before joining Capsule, Fergus gained experience in telecoms, selling to SMEs and managing the relationship between BT and one of its franchises. Most recently, he spent the year helping to grow his family’s wealth management business and establishing a new partnership programme. So, why Capsule? Fergus shared, “I love community and developing business. Working for Capsule as a B Corp, combined with its unique proposition, made it a no-brainer. I’m getting married next year and have two children under 4, so finding stability without sacrificing excitement was key.” Outside of work, Fergus keeps busy with his young family and is a keen F1 fan.
