  • 🎄 Our First Christmas Conference Abroad! 🎄 The Candy Kittens team kicked off the festive season with an unforgettable trip to Amsterdam for our first-ever Christmas conference abroad. It was a few days packed with fun, inspiration, and team bonding as we geared up for an even bigger and better 2025! 💻 We checked in at the Hoxton Hotel, where we were welcomed with a delicious meal to kickstart the trip. The day began with a strategy session where each team shared their plans to make 2025 bigger and better than ever before - we all looked ahead to exciting opportunities and growth! 🚵♀️ We set off on a bike tour of Amsterdam — rain or shine, we powered through! Despite the weather, the tour was a fun and unique way to explore the city together. 🎄 We wrapped up the day with a serene canal boat tour, followed by a festive Christmas dinner. It was a perfect moment to reflect on the achievements of 2024 and look forward to an even brighter 2025. 🏭 The adventure continued as we crossed into Germany to visit one of our factories. It was an incredible opportunity to learn about the innovative, plant-powered sweets we create and the processes behind them. 🔔 What an inspiring way to close out the year! The Candy Kittens team is now putting the finishing touches on our 2024 projects before we break for the holidays. Momentum & teamwork is everything. Four hours is a long time, and your audience is changing every few minutes. Keeping that energy going is critical and it’s so important your production room is filled with high energy inviduals to bounce off (thank you team) 2. Stick to your best sellers. Our top 5 products delivered 90% of the revenue - it’s so much easier to communicate with simple price points and products that land with consumers. 3. Don’t overthink it. It’s super important your LIVE is engaging and fun to watch - if your having fun, your audience probably is too. No script needed. 4.
