Cambridge Management Consulting (Cambridge MC) is an international consulting firm that helps companies of all sizes have a better impact on the world.
Founded in Cambridge, UK, initially to help the start-up community, Cambridge MC has grown to over 150 consultants working on projects in 20 countries. Our capabilities focus on supporting the private and public sector with their people, process and digital technology challenges.
What makes Cambridge Management Consulting unique is that it doesn’t employ consultants—only senior executives with real industry or government experience and the skills to advise their clients from a place of true credibility. Our team strives to have a highly positive impact on all the organisations they serve. We are confident there is no business or enterprise that we cannot help transform for the better.
🌟 Reflecting on a Highlight from Last Year 🌟
One of the standout moments from the past year was collaborating with a fantastic team on a #consulting project for Cambridge Management Consulting as part of the Cambridge Venture Project. Together with Eliza White, Sılanur Şahin, Chi-Cheng Cheng, James Robson, and Mauricio Alcantara, we explored the potential for a regulatory AI service/tool designed to help SMEs navigate the complexities of ever-evolving AI laws.
With the EU AI Act officially in place, many stakeholders are grappling with fear, uncertainty, and doubt about compliance—making this an especially timely and impactful project.
It was a great learning experience, thanks to:
👉 Expert guidance from our mentor David Brown
👉 The invaluable insights shared by the companies we interviewed and surveyed
👉 The chance to delve deeply into a cutting-edge regulatory and technological challenge
I’m grateful for the opportunity offered by The Cambridge MBA to work on a project that bridges innovation and real-world challenges. Here's to more impactful ventures in the year ahead!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OUR FRIENDS, PARTNERS & CLIENTS. WE WISH YOU HAPPY HOLIDAYS, HAPPY HANUKKAH & HAPPY KWANZAA.
We run through some of this year's highlights, on both a business level and a personal level for the team. Our charity work is just as important, so we have given some space to that below to highlight some of the amazing organisations we are privileged to support and work alongside.
2024 Highlight Reel
- In March, edenseven, part of the Cambridge MC group of companies, secured £2.75m in Innovate UK Funding to accelerate local authorities toward net zero. This funding will enable edenseven to further develop its technology and support local councils in achieving their sustainability goals.
- Cambridge Management Consulting won three awards at the Consultancy Awards 2024, demonstrating the breadth, depth, quality and impact of its work. The three awards were in the categories Digital Transformation, Cost Reduction and Fastest Growing.
- In June, Deep Green engaged Cambridge Management Consulting to expand their data center solutions. This partnership will leverage Cambridge MC's expertise to enhance Deep Green's innovative methods of repurposing heat energy from data centres for social good.
- Acquired Blue Creek, a Dubai-based management consulting firm which works with key growth and delivery partners in FinTech, RegTech, RiskTech, Commerce, and Cloud markets.
- In September, Cambridge MC was a Gold Sponsor of Cambridge Tech Week, with Pembroke College playing a central role in the event. The conference brought together experts from across the technology industry to promote discussion, connection, and insight within a city known for its academic and technological innovation.
- edenseven’s annual report on the slow progress of FTSE 250 companies toward net zero was featured in the Financial Times.
- In late November, Cambridge MC announced the acquisition of cofinitive, a Cambridge-based marketing company, to enhance its marketing and communication support. Faye Holland, founder of cofinitive, said: “We are enormously proud of what we have achieved in our first decade. Now we’re ready for the second!"
- Cambridge MC has been working in partnership with the Trustmarque Group to support local government authorities in managing the transition from the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to digital alternatives, in advance of the switch off in January 2027.
- edenseven has continued to develop its cloud-based carbon accounting and management platform, cero.earth. Mawdsleys, the UK's largest independent pharmaceutical distributor, signed a long-term agreement to use https://smpl.is/9yvpz to monitor all emissions and programmes.
- Cambridge MC is supporting the Falkland Islands Government with vital telecommunications consulting to futureproof and modernise their telecommunications network across the islands.
Cambridge Management Consulting made significant strides in its charitable work for 2024 by exceeding its commitment to donate 1% of profits, contributing approximately 1.25% this year. We supported various transformative charities, including British Exploring Society, The College of Sanctuary, and Sands, through fundraising events and sponsorships. Additionally, our initiatives aimed to enhance awareness and improve services for bereaved families and marginalised communities, reinforcing their commitment to social responsibility.
In our Charity article for this year, we focus on the charities we chose to support and highlight their incredible work. We are extremely proud to both support and work alongside them and will continue to do more in 2025.
