On 12th November 2024, we had the pleasure of attending and presenting at the one-day seminar "Net Zero Energy Solutions for Smart Cities: Pathways to a Sustainable Future," hosted by the Staffordshire Centre for Renewable and Sustainable Engineering (CRSE).
The seminar, held as part of the Green Hydrogen (British Academy) and COP-BC (British Council) projects, focused on the latest advancements in sustainable technologies and the role of innovation in achieving Net Zero targets. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with experts from academia and industry, all sharing a common goal: building a sustainable future.
Our Co-founder, Dr. Seyed Sadr, along with our Chief R&D Officer, Prof. Hossein Ghadamian and our Principal Mechanical Engineer and Net Zero Consultant, Milad Khodsiani, presented at the CAESL session on "Net Zero Oriented Inventions and Activities of Chamberlains Aqua & Energy Systems Ltd." We were thrilled to contribute our perspectives on the integration of advanced energy-saving technologies, including TASHEX, to support a greener world. Additionally, our PhD researcher, Nasim Shekari, presented her PhD project (a collaborative project funded by the University of Staffordshire and CAESL) on the integration of heat pump technology in Net Zero buildings, highlighting its role as a key solution in decarbonising heat.
A huge thank you to Prof. Hamidreza Gohari Darabkhani, PhD, MSc, BSc, PgCert, FHEA, Prof Abdel-Hamid Soliman and Prof Torfeh Sadat-Shafai and the entire CRSE team for organising such an inspiring event. We look forward to potential collaborative projects and partnerships that can help drive real, positive impacts on reducing global warming and achieving Net Zero targets.
Together, we can pave the way to a sustainable future.
