We recently celebrated project completion of Premier Inn London Paddington (Paddington Station).🏗️ The project included the design and build refurbishment of an existing building to provide a new 369 key hotel at Eastbourne Terrace in Paddington. The new hotel incorporates both a hub by Premier Inn and a Premier Inn Hotel. Works included an extension to provide new 4th and 5th floors, a new structure to provide an extension along the Chilworth Mews elevation, an extension to lower ground and ground floors, with additional extension up to the 3rd floor. It was great to spend some time with Joe Mcgurk this week over in Belfast. Joe has recently been appointed into a new Painting & Decorating Tutor role with Impact Training and will be teaching our first cohort of Painting & Decorating Apprentices in Northern Ireland from September in a new state of the art Apprentice Training facility. Supported by the Bell Apprenticeship team, Joe will be instrumental in delivering our apprentice ambition and developing a pipeline of talent into the Bell CB Contracts (NI) LTD business in Northern Ireland & beyond over the next few years. We are really excited about this collaboration and the difference it will make for young people from across Northern Ireland and wish Joe the best of luck in his new role.
