It was great to be a part of Business Connections Networking - I was asked by John Jackson to speak at their first event this week. I wanted to give practical tips and share some things that I found very useful for my business. We titled the talk '5 Secrets to Grow Your Business on Zero Budget'. The reality is that these tips are not secret - I've been shown all of these things over the last couple of years and have been practising them over the last few months religiously. Zero budget is true in terms of spend there is a cost which is time so you have to be careful and measure all your activity... The feedback has been great from the session, and I'm so happy that people found the things I shared useful. It's been a while since I gave a talk like this and there is always a little fear that what I'm saying may be out of date but it was nice to know that wasn't the case!
