Building and Land Guarantees Ltd, was formed by three Directors with extensive experience across the specialised areas of latent defects and environmental insurance. The company specialises in these areas, enabling us to provide independent expert advice. Based centrally in Leicestershire, we work with clients and brokers throughout the UK, Europe, and Worldwide.
