Diversity and Inclusion consultants. We help you improve your organisation’s culture.
About us
We help you improve your organisation’s culture, using our building blocks of training, consultancy, coaching and accountability to get you to where you need to be. You might want to deal with a particular challenge, or have a regulatory requirement, or you might have spotted issues or opportunities in your workplace culture to do with gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+, mental health or neurodiversity. We can help you understand what that culture is and support you in making it what you want it to be. We can help you review your talent process, develop inclusive leadership and create a culture of everyday conscious inclusion. Our experience as part of a large international business means we understand how hard change can be, and what is needed to make it happen. We go further to make sure that what we offer you is tailored to your organisation and your culture. Equity, diversity and inclusion can be a sensitive area where generic or off-the-shelf training may not be appropriate. Our international consultants deliver insight into workplace cultures all around the world, as well as offering services in many languages and time zones.

We understand the importance of recognising and commemorating key dates for our clients and local community, and every month we look forward to seeing what is coming in the month ahead. December is one of the busiest months for celebrations for many cultures and religions, despite relatively fewer events. With Advent, Christmas, Hanukkah, Bodhi Day and Hogmanay as examples, there are plenty of potential celebrations for any workplace or community. Scroll through the carousel below to see what notable D&I events are happening in December. 👇 #DiversityAndInclusion #BrookGraham #KeyDates www.brookgraham.com

Some useful guidance just published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission to help you meet the new Duty to Prevent Sexual Harassment. They've produced a template Checklist, an Action Plan, and Monitoring Logs. https://lnkd.in/eQWHAEEx Don't forget that, whilst the examples are helpful, you'll need to use the data from YOUR Risk Assessment to produce your Action Plan. Simply using a template is not necessarily going to help you deal with the hazards in your own workplace. As always, please get in touch with us if you have any questions. As one of our fab clients recently said "there are so many webinars around but I always opt for the Pinsents ones as they are the best"! Join us for the first of our Employment Rights Bill webinars. This one focuses on how changes to individual rights will impact businesses and HR teams and what employers can do to ensure they are prepared. What will 'Day One Rights' mean in practice? Will the forecast six-month probationary period limit be confirmed and if so, what actions should employers take? What might this mean for redundancies for those with less than two years’ service? Will the hugely significant reforms to zero-hour/ low-hour contracts provide more job security and stability for workers, or will employers be forced to adopt tactics to reduce their usage? How will changes to flexible working impact? What changes will impact the bottom line, for example changes to family protection and the extension of SSP.
