Private Equity CFO Opportunity (SaaS) I am working with a leading Software specialist Private Equity fund to appoint a CFO for a fast-growing SaaS business. The asset has trebled in size over a 3-year period having executed a buy & build strategy to consolidate their specialist market. Generating in excess of £50m ARR and supporting over 6000 clients globally, there is huge opportunity for further strategic M&A to compliment the impressive organic growth. The business is 18/24 months from a potential exit, so we are looking to appoint a CFO with previous transaction experience within both the Software sector and Private Equity. The EV is expected to be in excess of £500m, exposure to an organisation of a similar size and scale will be necessary.
