Shifting metrics beyond £/ft² to embracing human-centric design As part of their roles on the Research Committee for the British Council for Offices, Research Lead Benjamin Koslowski and Associate Benjamin Simpson have been hard at work collaborating on the BCO Dialogue. This initiative fosters meaningful conversations about how the workplace can better serve people, businesses and the environment. During the 'Building Value' #roundtable participants explored what “value” truly means in office design. From shifting metrics beyond £/ft² to embracing human-centric design, nature, and community impact, the dialogue underscored the importance of rethinking the approach to the built environment. To share these insights more widely, the BCO has published a write-up, available to BCO members via their website here: https://bit.ly/4fgDpJ8 📷 Selin Oktem Ekkist | The Crown Estate | Lendlease | Savills | AKT II | Core5 | Unova Consulting #FutureOfWork #BCODialogue #BritishCouncilforOffices
