NEW CONTENT just for YOU! This week, Silv’s talking you through a few ways to avoid job hunting burnout. We all know the music business is a competitive industry to work in so be patient with yourself and the job search. Remember it’s unlikely you’ll get every job you go for - rejection is part of the recruitment process. The best you can do is try to aim to learn from each process so you can be ready for the next opportunity! Have an open mind when applying for roles, but make sure you have an interest in the role and the roster (from a recruiter’s perspective, it’s REALLY obvious when candidates don’t!) Share stories with your peers so you don’t feel isolated. And remember, keep going, you can do this, your job is just around the corner! Keep the questions coming, we'll be answering more very soon!
