Bentley Designs & Projects was established in 2024 utilising 27 years of experience, technical expertise and passion to form this young design and consultancy practice. Located in South Manchester (UK), Bentley Designs & Projects provides building design, planning application and project management consultancy services nationwide. Our design and planning projects range from domestic extensions, loft conversions, remodelled houses / alterations through to new build dwellings and commercial works. Our client base varies from householders and private clients to small developers and builders / contractors. We always work closely with the client to exercise their brief in the best possible way. Our project management services range from (and have included) asbestos management / removal, civil engineering schemes, domestic building works, office / building refurbishments and business case / project funding approval. We endeavour to push the boundaries of good design to develop schemes with a coherent and contextual response to the brief; to create innovative and practical solutions in concept, detail and construction that not only inspire and excite but exceed the expectations of the people for which they are created. Our main focus is always our clients and meeting their needs in any way possible.
