Following the granting of the PPiP Consent for the Bangour Village Development in June 2022, ark architecture + design are happy to report that the final portion of the Application for Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSiC) was consented at end of November 2024. The final consent for the project is for almost 1000 units comprising Newbuild Houses and Flats along with the Refurbishment of a number of the retained Listed Buildings.
