    2024.. 🏆 2 awards, Top Biller & MD’s pick. B2B awards on the MD’s pick. There’s no doubt there’s been a lot of change this year, but sometimes you have to adapt or all the time. The belief from Tom Ponting for me to grow out the US function with autonomy and create a record breaking division is what I wanted to do. This one’s for the team. Top Biller 2024 across the whole group. Some achievement. Been a hard graft, learnt a lot along the way, hit PB in £12.5K WGP, and maintained it for some time.
