  • We are excited to announce that alongside NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland, we are proud sponsors of the 2024 Ben Ball! This evening, colleagues from Alliance Automotive Group UK and Ireland are in attendance alongside the NAPA Racing UK team to raise funds for Ben Automotive Industry Charity. During the 2024 season, NAPA Racing UK has generously supported the charity, most notable when MINI drivers Cam Richardson and Jamie Osborne completed the 'Race Across Britain' challenge, raising over £3,000 for the cause! Members of our Workshop Pro team also took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks, also raising over £3,000, helping Ben to continue their support to the automotive industry. We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has supported our fundraising efforts this year, helping us raise over £11,000 for Ben.

📢 Overcoming challenges through teamwork at Valencia RDC! 🌟 On October 29th, the DANA struck many towns in Valencia, including Paiporta, where one of our Alliance Automotive Group Iberia workplaces is located. The unprecedented water levels led to significant flooding, impacting homes, businesses, and transportation routes. Our location became a critical point, facing severe losses. In the face of this adversity, the Spanish team responded rapidly, with immediate measures implemented to ensure everyone’s safety, providing vital support, resources, and reassurance that no one stood alone. This collective effort empowered our team to act with unity, organisation, and dedication. In just nine days, the team restored critical operations! 🤝 Thanks to teamwork, they reactivated IT systems, launched scanning devices, and mobilised logistical resources, including acquiring 11 vans and 8 vehicles. The team successfully replaced 100% of lost materials from our NDC in Madrid in just three days and ensured the swift replacement of computers, furniture, electrical systems, stackers, and machinery. This experience reinforced our belief that our strength as an organisation lies in how we approach challenges—with empathy, commitment, and solidarity beyond professional responsibilities. At Alliance Automotive Group, our shared values empower us to tackle any obstacle with integrity and teamwork. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a role in helping to navigate this difficult situation. Your commitment demonstrated the incredible things we can achieve together! 🙏 Special thanks to General Manager, Nacho Pernas, for his unwavering leadership and support during these challenging times. 💪

I would like to thank Josh for his support on this as it will help massively moving forward." ➡️ James Brown, Operations Manager: James was nominated for the Performance Award by Keith Mayne, FPS NDC Operations Director. Keith said: "James is the last remaining Operations Manager onsite at Park Way Rise, over the last 6 weeks, he has demonstrated flexibility, commitment and passion to continue to drive the site forward." ➡️ Sholto McDade, Delivery Driver: Sholto was nominated for the People Award by Lee Mann, Parts Advisor. Lee said: "Mac has become an integral part of the team since joining as a driver. Whilst covering the busiest delivery runs, he still always finds time to check in with his colleagues and goes out of his way to ensure the branch is looking smart and presentable. He spent his own time (lunch breaks) weeding the outside of the building and cutting the grassy areas, making a huge difference to the appearance of the branch!" A huge well done to Josh, James and Sholto!🌟🏆

  • 🚗🔒 Road Safety Week 2024 🔒🚗 As Road Safety Week 2024 begins, it’s essential to reflect on our responsibility to create a safer driving environment for everyone. At Alliance Automotive Group, we are committed to promoting road safety and ensuring that our delivery vehicles are in top condition for every journey. Here are some important tips to keep your car road safe, especially in the winter when driving conditions become more difficult: 1️⃣ Regular maintenance: Schedule routine checks for your vehicle. Ensure that brakes, tires, lights, and wipers are all functioning properly. 2️⃣ Check your tyres: Maintain the correct tyre pressure to enhance fuel efficiency and improve handling. Make use of winter tyres in the colder seasons to ensure your vehicle is safe in all weather conditions. 3️⃣ Stay updated on fluid levels: Regularly check oil, coolant, and brake fluid levels to prevent mechanical failures while driving. 4️⃣ Buckle Up: Always wear your seatbelt, and ensure all passengers do the same. By taking these precautions, we can all contribute to a safer driving experience for ourselves and others. Let’s work together to prioritise safety and reduce accidents on our roads. Join us in spreading awareness this Road Safety Week – because every safe journey counts! 🚦❤️ Check out the NAPA Auto Parts (Europe) website to view and shop all the essential parts you need to keep your vehicle road safe - https://lnkd.in/e6pXKFRF #RoadSafetyWeek2024 #SafeDriving #RoadSafety
