The fact is it can't be contrived..it was so empowering to see a real community come together last night in store for the launch of a new football product The UCC Flagship from Fanatics and The Topps Company. what a lot of fun we had at Fanatics Collectibles at Westfield Shepherds Bush.   • The first five days of the Fanatics pop-up in Westfield White City have been a huge success! As we near our 1,000th customer we have seen the card-collecting community come together, from long-time hobbyists to novice collectors, as multiple packs have been broken live in-store - bringing the community together. At Agile Retail, experience is always our focus. Seeing customers not only come and visit the store, but also enjoy the experiential aspects of the pop-up - the card claw machine, the 'Take a Card - Leave a Card' wall, and the personalised photocard creation booth - has only reinforced our advocacy and belief that real-life experiences in retail truly do bring out the best in stores and the sector as a whole. Fanatics Collectibles first pop-up in the UK has introduced the brand to a new generation of card enthusiasts and we can't wait to see how the rest of the festive season unfolds. Its the little touches that always bring experience in store to life for me - i love the take one leave one card wall, the arcade machines, and the community vibe around the place - its an incredible feeling! I've personally really enjoyed working with the team at Fanatics. Since on boarding together a couple of months ago I've had such an insight into the world of collecting. What an incredible industry that is only really just coming to life outside of the US. I can't wait to deliver, evolve and expand the strategy together! Huge thanks to all the teams for delivering the Westfield store, our first few days have gone really well! Great store team, great customers, great store build! Much more to come together!
