🏆 The #netzero innovation and leadership that's at the very heart of everything we do here at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks have been recognised at this year's Utility Week awards. 🌍 Our LENZA (Local Energy Net Zero Accelerator) Tool came out on top in the Net Zero Engagement category. LENZA is transforming local planning in our communities, by empowering decision makers to make the best-informed, most-efficient decisions on new net zero development. 🏙️ And the work we're doing to put the needs of the most vulnerable among us at the very heart of future energy system planning was also recognised. Our Vulnerability Future Energy Scenarios (VFES) triumphed in the Unlocking Data category. 🚀 Yesterday, we were thrilled to join our project partner ESB at the Innovation for Net Zero event in Dublin! 🌍 Amongst the line up of speakers and panellists, Advanced Infrastructure Product Owner, Claire Hannon took to the stage to share an overview of our newly announced Self-Screening of Connection Applications joint pilot project.
