Everybody in your company is a 'marketer' but are you all pulling in the same direction? Indeed, do you all know the direction in which you are headed? This might help from Terry Heath.

𝗜𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴? As business leaders, we often wear many hats and juggle countless responsibilities. It's easy to get so immersed in our work that we lose sight of one crucial element: perspective. Recently, I had an eye-opening moment realizing that my own context and perspective might be limiting our marketing strategy. Here are a few lessons I've learned: 1. 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Being deeply involved in our business can sometimes create a narrow viewpoint. Stepping back and viewing our brand through the eyes of our customers is essential for crafting messages that truly resonate. 2. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 We often assume we know what our audience wants, but are we listening enough? Regular feedback and market research are vital in keeping our finger on the pulse of customer needs and preferences. 3. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 The market is constantly evolving. What worked last year might not be effective now. Staying adaptable and open to change can prevent us from getting stuck in outdated strategies. 4. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Diverse perspectives can spark creativity and innovation. Encouraging input from team members across different departments can lead to fresh ideas and more dynamic marketing campaigns. Take a moment to reflect: Could your perspective be holding your marketing back? #marketing #marketer ##businessdevelopment

It's Day 50, Week 8 of 2024 and I'm cream crackered. It's not that it's a Monday. The sun is shining and the birds are singing. I'm eating my 'superfoods', cinnamon, avocado, honey, turmeric, bananas etc. but the tank is almost empty. What do you do when you feel this way?
