Candidates are sharp, and those overused buzzwords could be doing more harm than good. "Flexible working" – This phrase is too broad and soon to be legally required. Instead, explain what flexibility looks like at your company. "Pension" – Pensions are mandatory, so unless you’re offering something above the standard, it’s just noise.
