So pleased to announce the opening of our new Clarion Housing Group Head Office, Greater London House in Camden, London. This move and fit out was done in a short space of time with no margin for error and the team have done a great job. The new Head Office gives us 18,500 sq ft of collaborative agile workspace space, including 4,300 sq ft of external terraces for meetings and external events with great views of London. We have reused, donated, and sold all the furniture from our old Head Office and used the most appropriate sustainable products. Our new home will save us £10m over the next ten years.  So very proud of what my team have achieved in a short time frame. The LDN - London Development Network team would like to thank everyone who attended our special private gathering at The Gothic Bar and Terrace at the Midland Grand Dining Room last night to celebrate our 5-year anniversary of LDN! Set within the iconic St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel on Euston Road, it was a fantastic opportunity to honour all our construction and property family over the last 5 years and arrange a memorable soiree to mark the occasion with exclusive curated LDN cocktails on the evening accompanied by exquisite canapes. 5 years ago, we set up LDN to bring together construction and property industry professionals and facilitate the forming of quality relationships in a relaxed and informal environment, during this time we have had over 3500 guests join our monthly events.
