🎄 It's the most wonderful time of the year! 🎄 We had an absolute blast at our Christmas party this week. Huge thanks to Tom Barklamb and our freedom to play team for hosting some hilarious games (including a Christmas tree decoration competition - keeping it human, of course!) We then enjoyed the most delicious festive feast at the Clifton Sausage - it was great to take a break from the busy festive season as a team. Team Sterka just wrapped up an insightful workshop on Adjusting #CommunicationStyles to Build Great Relationships. We learned some valuable lessons this morning: 🧠 Personalise your approach: Understand your clients and your colleagues' communication styles to tailor your interactions and get the most out of everyone. 🧠 Embrace diversity: Recognise the unique strengths of Thinkers, Relators, Socialisers, and Directors along with, their areas of improvement. 🧠 Build stronger connections: Learning communications styles (including your own) can help you connect with people on a deeper and more meaningful level. 🧠 Better outcomes: In doing all of the above, you will get better creative outcomes as a result of tailoring collaboration to bring a clients vision to life.
