Key Responsibilities: -Responding promptly to client inquiries via email, ticketing system, and phone (company phone provided). -Addressing and resolving IT-related issues for clients from various industries, including medical and dental clinics, law firms, business development companies, and beauty salons. -Logging and managing tickets in the system to ensure timely resolutions. Escalating complex technical issues to senior support when necessary. -Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: -Experience: Prior experience in IT support/helpdesk is a plus, but not mandatory – we’re happy to train the right candidate. -Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients. -Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT concepts and the eagerness to learn. -Problem-Solving Ability: Resourcefulness and initiative in addressing client issues. -Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
