  • Hiring Title: Performance Marketing and User Acquisition Specialist Location:Islamabad We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing and User Acquisition Specialist to help drive growth for our apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This role involves managing user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimizing performance, and scaling campaigns to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management:Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels.Execute and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns, focusing on metrics like CPI (Cost per Install), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value). 2. Budget and Performance Optimization:Allocate and manage budgets for maximum efficiency and return on advertising spend.Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, and placements to maximize results. 3. A/B Testing:Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.Test different user segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to identify the best combinations for success. 4. Analytics and Reporting:Track key performance metrics and create regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Adjust to monitor attribution, user journey, and campaign success. 5. User Acquisition Strategies:Develop user acquisition strategies tailored to specific audiences and app features.Use insights and data to design effective targeting strategies to reach high-value users. 6. Collaboration:Work closely with product, creative, and design teams to create engaging and relevant ad creatives.Collaborate with ASO specialists to ensure consistency between app store pages and ad messaging. 7. Market Research:Stay up-to-date with trends in mobile app marketing, user acquisition tactics, and digital marketing.Analyze competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: 1. Experience:2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in app marketing or user acquisition.Proven track record of managing and scaling successful paid campaigns for mobile apps. 2. Skills:Strong understanding of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, campaign tracking, and reporting.Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Adjust. 3.
