  • TikTok Ban on January 19: A Jungle Without Rules 🛑 Imagine a vast jungle, teeming with life—every species thriving, hunting, and surviving under the balance of nature. Then, a powerful king arrives, claiming the jungle as its own, setting the rules as it pleases. That’s what it feels like as TikTok faces a potential ban on January 19. A platform that allowed countless small businesses, creators, and brands to grow is on the verge of being silenced. For many, TikTok wasn’t just a platform—it was an opportunity. It leveled the playing field, giving even the smallest players a chance to roar louder than the giants. Now, with its removal, the “jungle” will change. Enter Amazon—the king of e-commerce. A platform where every small business must play by its rules. The rules that change unpredictably. The rules that favor the strong. For businesses relying on TikTok, this shift feels like being thrown into a jungle ruled by a single predator. Adapting will require innovation, agility, and courage. But here’s the silver lining: Jungles thrive on resilience, and so do entrepreneurs. Even without TikTok, there’s always a way to survive and grow—through creativity, community, and exploring new avenues. #tiktokbaninUSA #amazonselling

But your payment? 💸 𝑰𝒕’𝒔 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 For sellers, this isn’t just a delay—it’s a serious strain: 📉 Cash Flow Crunch: You cover costs upfront, but payments are delayed. ⏳ Missed Opportunities: No funds to reinvest in stock or growth. 💼 Financial Stress: Small businesses feel this burden the most. Every held dollar equals lost time and growth. Multiply that by hundreds of orders, and it becomes unsustainable. Amazon, your sellers are more than users — they’re your partners. 🌟 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧'𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬: 𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 🌟 As sellers, we’re all feeling the pinch of Amazon’s surging fees. It’s a constant challenge to maintain healthy profit margins without passing on the cost to our customers. ✅ So, how do we fight this uphill battle? ✅ Stop selling on Amazon? No. ✅ Increase prices? No. Wait for fees to stabilize? That’s not happening anytime soon. 👉 Instead, we focused on optimizing our product dimensions. ✅ Here’s what we did: Our product was initially measured at 24 x 12 x 3.5 cm (50g), incurring a fee of £2.68/unit. After a brainstorming session with my team, we realized we could rework the dimensions to fall within 33 x 23 x 2.5 cm—a change confirmed as feasible by our production manager. We promptly acted, updated the production specs, and requested a remeasurement from Amazon. ✅ The Result? Fee savings: £0.79 per unit Added profit: £1,133 This simple yet effective adjustment taught us a powerful lesson: Sometimes the smallest tweaks can lead to significant gains. 🚀 💡 Takeaway for fellow sellers: Don’t overlook the impact of product dimensions and weight on your Amazon fees. Optimize where possible and proactively strategize with your team. Have you tried similar approaches to manage costs on Amazon? 📏 How a Simple Check Turned a Losing Product Profitable 📏 Hi everyone, hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share a quick story from our recent Amazon journey. It’s about a product we’d been selling for a while. For months, it sold steadily. But slowly, we noticed a drop in margins. We were actually losing around £2.65 per unit. At first, we thought about shutting it down. Competition was growing. Prices were tight. Margins were thin. But then, we had an idea. Before pulling the plug, we decided to check the product dimensions. Why? Amazon sometimes misreads dimensions and charges higher fees. So, we requested a verification. And what we found was shocking. Amazon had recorded the wrong dimensions! They’d been charging us fees for a larger, heavier product. This mistake was costing us—big time. Once Amazon corrected the dimensions, everything changed. Our fees dropped. We raised our price slightly. Demand stayed strong. With a few tweaks, we went from a loss to a profit. Today, this product sells over 100 units per day. And it’s now a consistent profit-maker. The Lesson? Don’t overlook the small details. Verify product dimensions regularly. Amazon’s system can make errors. A quick check saved our product. And turned it into a winning one. Thanks for reading, and keep an eye on those little details! #AmazonFBA #EcommerceStory #ProductDimensions #ProfitTurnaround
