Together, we collected 229 kg of waste, including polythene, plastic, PET bottles, glass, slippers, and rigifoam, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment. This effort reflects our commitment to sustainability and community responsibility—small actions that create waves of change. 💚♻️ #MASKreeda #CollectiveResponsibility #SustainabilityInAction #BeachCleanup #CommunityResponsibility #ProtectOurPlanet

  • On this #InternationalDayofPersonsWithDisabilities, we reflect on the incredible moments shared a few months ago at KREEDA. Guided by this year’s theme, "Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future," we created a space for connection, growth, and empowerment through some engaging sessions. Some of the key segments were: 🧠 Mental Wellbeing Sessions 🎨 Art Therapy Workshops 💡 MAS DNA Awareness 🌿 Engaging Outbound Training This journey was a testament to the strength, leadership, and resilience of our community. Together, we’re building an inclusive and sustainable future where every individual is truly celebrated. 💙 #MASKreeda #RunYourRun #DisruptionThroughContinuousLearning #LeadershipForAll

  • To maintain a positive organisational culture and encourage good employee relations, MAS KREEDA relies heavily on its Employee Representative Bodies (ERBs). In order to collaborate and facilitate communication with management, these representatives are essential. On October 8, 2024, we successfully launched the first batch of our yearly ERB Capability Development Program at MAS Athena, with 125 ERB members from MAS KREEDA taking part. During the program, discussion were based on areas such as the fundamentals of Labour Law, Development of Communication Skills, An OBT session emphasising Team Building & Leadership Skills, Personal Goal Setting, Techniques for Solving Common Problems . We look forward to continuing this journey of empowerment and growth for our ERB members. 🙌

  • As we are fortunate to have full-time, qualified counsellors available to address employee concerns, we have come to recognize that middle management plays a vital role in enhancing employee morale, managing stress, resolving conflicts, and ensuring overall well-being in the workplace. To facilitate this goal, MAS KREEDA's MindCare program focuses towards helping the middle managers at all of our production facilities to improve their counselling abilities along with their direct teams. The program is based on the idea of creating a supportive working environment whilst attempting to turn our middle managers into "Barefoot Counsellors" by giving them the necessary counselling skills. #healthyworkingenvironment #counselling #workingdynamic #MASKreeda

  • At MAS Kreeda, we’re deeply committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As part of our Mind Care program, we had an insightful session led by Hans Billimoria from the Grassrooted Trust. Hans shed light on how diversity in sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics are not Western constructs nor unnatural, and certainly not mental health issues. Instead, they are integral aspects of human identity that deserve understanding and respect. This conversation reinforces our mission to cultivate a respectful, dignified workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Together, we are creating a culture where all identities are celebrated, and equality is prioritized across every level of our organization. #MASKreeda #RunYourRun #CollectiveResponsibility #RespectAtWork #MentalHealthMatters #DiversityAndInclusion #InclusiveWorkplace
