They shared how Mox uses machine learning to transform customer engagement in real time. Speaking in a panel at the Standard Chartered booth on Day 2, they dived deep into our homegrown model that analyses in-app chat data, allowing us to address issues with incredible speed and efficiency. Why is it important to understand in-app chat data? It’s because the majority of Mox’s customer interactions occur through this channel. During the discussion, the Moxsters showed how the model is able to detect customer sentiment in in-app chat and win back customers.
