We work executives and teams to help them improve their performance and the over results of their organizations. We provide training, coaching and consulting services to leadership teams, especially in the areas of team collaboration, diversity & inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration. In addition, we support organizations in the design and facilitation of key meetings. We work with multinationals such as Marriott, UBS, S&P, Bank of America, Roche and Nike, and also with local companies such as PCCW or HKBN.

    How close can we get to stars like Coldplay, Cardi B, & Red Hot Chili Peppers? Well, last week I think I got pretty close. I had the pleasure of spending a day facilitating great and open conversations with the fantastic team leading the development of Warner Music artists in Asia (an awe-dropping list of artists). Through plenty of activities and conversations, we touched on topics like cross-boundary collaboration, innovation, and team growth. I feel fortunate working with such an inspiring team and great leaders. I feel I am still carrying some stardust on me. I appreciate this unique opportunity.     A humbling a-ha moment at a session for Doctors without Borders: Yesterday I had the wonderful opportunity to deliver a (pro bono) session on managing unconscious bias to recruiters at Doctors without Borders's (MSF). Together with my friend and expert Karen Cvitkovich, we discussed various unconscious biases and how to mitigate them in the selection process. During the session passionate and committed recruiters shared their experiences and insights, which made me appreciate the complexity of HR work in an organization that serves people in war and crisis zones. Participants commented on how certain individual differences, such as ethnicity or religion, could actually be critical selection criteria in their context. There was vivid example of the importance of considering the medical staff's religion when sending them to a war zone between two ethnic or religious groups. It was a crucial element in order to ensure the safety of medical staff and that people from both sides of the conflict feel comfortable and safe seeking medical care. This was an a-ha moment for me. It highlighted the challenges people face around the world and the complexity of managing HR in crisis zones.     This time of the year is super exciting for me. As a management consultant facilitating strategy meetings, I have the opportunity to partner with many exceptional leaders and teams, helping make their offsites successful events.   Very recently, I facilitated an offsite for a leadership team at the cutting edge of its industry. Ensuring a successful meeting involved quite a bit of detailed preparation, including working with the leader to define the expected meeting outcomes, designing interactive segments, assisting team members in preparing for discussions, facilitating flowing and productive conversations, and creating spaces for dialogues on key topics.   Spending three days with this professional and energetic group and witnessing the productive and focused conversations, the passion for results,  the openness in the room, and the strengthening of relationships was a true pleasure. I felt fortunate at the end of the event, yet to make it even more perfect, I received this touching handwritten note from the team leader.   I could not have asked for a better gift to start the holiday season :) #meetingfacilitation #facilitation #strategyplanning #strategymeeting #offsiteevents
