The installation and commissioning of one of our most advanced laboratory automation solutions has begun. 🚀 Exciting growth at our Swedish client Bake My Day in Stockholm! Last year, we delivered the "younger sibling" and our programmer Alexander Voigt, is now wrapping up the final tests for the "big brother" with 4x the production capacity. 💪💪💪💪 The UR5e has grown into a UR16e, and the UR10e into a UR20! 🌍 Our team is putting the final touches on this packaging robot system for our German customer, Paradise Fruits | By Jahncke, a global supplier of freeze-dried fruit. The system handles 5kg bags of freeze-dried fruit, a @URrobot unfolds the cardboard boxes, fills them with the fruit bags, and then seals the boxes using a @SOCO tape machine before palletizing them.    🚚This project started as an internship assignment for our Automation Technologist, @LasseKamp, back in January 2024. Now, as a full-time employee at GRAU Engineering, Lasse has seen the project through to completion and will soon assist with the installation at the customer site.  🇩🇪Next stop: Hamburg for installation! We’re thrilled to share that our installation of the bag depalletizing robot is well underway and will soon be ready for implementation! 🎉 This design is the result of a close collaboration with @ZTEC, who provided the cutting-edge @MECmind vision system, and @Nachi palletizing robot. The challenge? Manual handling of heavy bags (up to 25kg) of varying sizes and formats. 💡 The solution? A robotic system that: ✅ Eliminates the strain of repetitive heavy lifting ✅ Enhances workplace ergonomics ✅ Boosts operational efficiency It’s a win-win for both productivity and employee well-being!
