Euronext Securities registers over €30bn in international bond issuances, fully dematerialized in our CSD in Milan! This achievement is a testament to the strength of our platform and the trust placed in us by issuers and the financial community. We have challenged 60 years of conventional practices by offering an alternative to the traditional English law framework and Global Note for Eurobond issuances. Working closely with legal and advisory partners, we have developed a local, paper-less, solution that’s proving to be a game-changer for issuers.   Since the launch of our first issuance in December 2022, we’ve experienced significant growth, and we are excited to continue this momentum alongside our valued clients and partners.   #EuronextSecurities #Eurobonds #Issuance

Our experts, Emilie Rieupeyroux from Euronext and Pierre Davoust from Euronext Securities, joined the FIX Trading Community conference in Paris and shared valuable insights on the evolution of markets in France and beyond, as well as on the T+1 settlement journey in the US and Europe. 💡 Key highlights: The panel ‘Exploring the Evolution of Markets’ showcased strong commitment and optimism to deepen the Capital Markets Union #CMU and the Savings and Investments Union #SIU, with clear actions to make them a reality. Key focus areas included incentivising inflows to public equity markets, addressing the privatisation of EU equity #trading, simplifying regulations for pan-EU players, and ensuring the success of the #ConsolidatedTape with proper incentives for data contributors, including European exchanges. The panel ‘Navigating the Settlement Cycle’ highlighted how the US #T+1 success story demonstrates that strong leadership, clear governance, and early preparation can bring significant benefits, such as reduced pre-settlement risk and increased liquidity. As Europe prepares for its 11 October 2027 T+1 deadline, collaboration across the industry, early planning, optimising processes, and tackling overall post-trade fragmentation will be essential. We are committed to supporting this transition through our integrated capital markets value chain, with efforts in post-trade consolidation such as the Euronext Clearing migration and the Euronext Securities network of CSDs. 🌍 Our upcoming European #CSD expansion and platform harmonisation projects, announced during our Investor Day, will further drive this ambition.
