  • 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝘆𝘁𝗵-𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Recently, some customers have expressed concerns about the lifespan of the Jetson modules we supply for our systems. We want to clarify this matter. Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano products have a planned lifecycle through January 2032, while Jetson Xavier NX is supported until January 2028. The end-of-life topic only relates to certain development kits which are not associated with our DroneCore product line. For more details, visit: NVIDIA Jetson Lifecycle: https://lnkd.in/dUf9Ciut

  • We are thrilled to see our quadcopter Stribog - running on DroneCore.OS - standing next to another world-class systems in a project with Avalor AI and the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands. Another proof that software-defined UAS are gaining traction. Deployment of new user applications must take days, not months of integration work. #DroneCore #UAS

Swarming with UAVs from different manufacturers - DeltaQuad, Quantum Systems, Airvolute and Auterion - is a key milestone in our collaboration with the Ministerie van Defensie. This project addresses critical challenges in interoperability, focusing on seamless integration across diverse unmanned systems. A few weeks ago, we participated in the European Defence Agency conference, where interoperability was the central topic. The growing variety of unmanned systems demands solutions to ensure they can work together efficiently and effectively. At Avalor AI, we’re taking on that challenge. Our mission planning software and onboard autonomy solutions are fully platform-agnostic, enabling true swarming and teaming capabilities. By integrating UAV platforms from different manufacturers into one Command & Control system, we aim to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness. Our work extends beyond UAVs. The same approach is being applied to UGVs, USVs, and UUVs, with the goal of creating unified, interoperable teams across all domains. #BuildingAStrongerEurope

  • Airvolute, in collaboration with Orange, showcased the capabilities of a 5G SA network specifically optimized for a wide range of government and public safety uses. The demonstration, attended by representatives from the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, highlighted how 5G SA networks can be configured to prioritize drone operations. The network demonstrated high-performance connectivity essential for real-time data transfer, low latency, and robust coverage—all critical for drone applications in public safety and emergency management. Thanks to drones based on Airvolute's DroneCore technology, the setup required minimal configuration, allowing drones to connect to the 5G network without complex configurations rapidly. This ease of integration showcased how DroneCore is purpose-built to harness the power of various networking scenarios, making drone deployment faster, more reliable, and versatile enough for a wide range of government and public safety uses, from real-time surveillance to emergency response. #Airvolute #DroneCore #PublicSafetyInnovation #Orange

    The Future is Unmanned

Have you ever heard about a term called iron bird? An iron bird is a ground-based test rig used for prototyping and integrating aircraft systems during the development of new designs. Basically all systems are installed into the iron bird so their functions can be tested both individually and in correlation with other systems. Often times the components may be arranged roughly in the same layout as they will be in the final aircraft design, but left accessible for ease of maintenance. Any idea on what Quantum Systems is working here?
