Our co-founders Rebecca Percasky and Kate Bezar are joint semifinalists in the Spark New Zealand Innovator of the Year awards for their work developing our game-changing POLLAST!C Range of packaging made from recycled Ocean Bound Plastic rescued from coastal communities throughout Southeast Asia. Now available in Australia Post stores nationwide and online, their POLLAST!C mailing satchels really are sending plastic pollution packing!

FANTAST!C NEWS - Better Packaging Co. is now providing Australia Post with a range of POLLAST!C recycled ♻️ plastic satchels! The new mailing satchels are made from certified potential Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) rescued from coastal communities in Southeast Asia – now available in three sizes in Australia Post’s Online Shop and Post Offices across the country.  “We are so thrilled to provide a product in the POLLAST!C range to Australia Post” says Rebecca Percasky, co-founder of Better Packaging Co. “Since 2021, we’ve rescued over 1 million kilograms of plastic waste and recycled it into functional packaging solutions for global brands.” Richard Pittard, Australia Post Chief Sustainability Officer said: “Providing our customers with access to POLLAST!C is part of Australia Post’s efforts to deliver a more sustainable future. Small changes in packaging can lead to big impacts in reducing plastic waste.” Special credit to Carly Espinosa on our team for all her hard work to make this happen and on the Australia Post side, huge thanks to Simon Fenton, Darren Maurice, Anna Milner, Jennifer Baker, Anna Garcia and so many more!
