"Asking them if they were thinking of ending their life was the last thing I wanted to do, because it felt like it risked showing them a glimpse of rock bottom. But I knew it’s what I had to do". CoLiberate's General Manager superstar, Grainne Patterson has written a beautiful essay in the Spinoff - give it a read. If you're seeking a way in your own words to ask someone you care about if they're feeling suicidal, book one of our renowned MHFR skills training courses. https://lnkd.in/g7uZdbJ
