Fantastic to be in Shanghai last week with a group of our Leadership Network members! ✈🌏 Taking a closer look at infrastructure, innovation and economy, it was a busy schedule that was an eye-opening experience for the group. It was great to visit sites such as New Zealand Central, EY Shanghai, Xiaohongshu, IM Motors, the Fonterra Application Centre, and the Alibaba Headquarters to hear more from these companies and how they're advancing their systems and work. A side trip to Hangzhou was also a great way to get some insight into the high-speed train system. 🚄 A highlight for the group was getting to connect with New Zealanders in China and hearing from fellow leaders about their experiences. It was also great to meet with the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences for a discussion on China’s international relations and worldview and to hear their insights. A huge thank you to everyone who made this trip a success!
