It’s here – our new brochure is ready! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve received the first prints of our new SnapStack brochure. This initial version is designed to introduce people to who we are and what we do, highlighting the unique solutions and values that drive SnapStack. We’re especially excited to showcase this at Web Summit, where we’re bringing our brand to life and connecting with innovators from around the world. In this introductory version, we’ve provided a snapshot of SnapStack’s core services, our approach to recruitment and IT staffing, and the values that shape our work. It’s a brief, engaging look at what sets us apart in the industry and why our clients trust us to support their success. We’re already working on a more detailed version of the brochure, which will include some of our recent success stories and in-depth insights from ongoing recruitment projects. This expanded edition will highlight specific case studies, showing how we help clients solve unique challenges with our tailored solutions. It will give potential and current clients a closer look at the value we deliver in action. Creating this brochure has been an exciting step forward for us, and we’re proud to be finding new ways to connect with our clients. Introducing Tomáš Gadza! He has been a valuable part of our team for over 5 years. Tomas lives in a unique spot—high up on a mountain, with only a transmitter tower for company. From this remote location, he oversees recruitment at Snapstack, manages the entire team, leads his colleagues, handles time sheets, and even takes charge of business negotiations. He also moderates internal meetings, keeping everything on track, and has a keen eye on all operations. And he does it all from Macedonia! Next week, Tomas will be heading to Prague to meet his colleagues in person, where they’ll also take the opportunity to work on new content together.

Effective communication is crucial, as uncertainty can be unsettling. Imagine going on a date and not hearing back for three days—the momentum fades. The same applies in professional settings, especially for job seekers who are excited about a particular company and role. Failing to respond is both impolite and unprofessional. It’s important to keep the lines of communication open, providing regular updates. For example, you might say, “I apologize for the delay. I haven’t yet received a response from the hiring manager. The decision-making process is ongoing, and other candidates are still being considered.” In professional interactions, it’s better to send a rejection than to leave someone hanging. This shows respect for the candidate’s time and effort, and it spares them from uncertainty. Clear and timely communication creates a positive candidate experience, reflecting well on both the hiring process and the company. Do you agree?
