Today we confirmed important changes in the operational structure and that we will transfer the business operations in Finland to an independent importer. An agreement has been finalized with Bassadone Automotive Group for the distribution of new vehicles, parts and services in Finland, under their subsidiary Nordic Automotive Services Oy. Nissan is already part of Nordic Automotive Services' import operations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Bassadone has in-depth knowledge of Finland and extensive experience with several brands, thus ensuring the necessary skills to assume the Nissan operations, while guaranteeing the best for our employees, customers and our Nissan partners. We are certain that Bassadone is the right partner for us in Finland, and pleased that they will continue to develop and strengthen the Nissan brand in a country with a strong Nissan history. Preparations for the business transfer will begin immediately, with completion planned for April 2025. The agreement includes the transfer of Nissan Finland's personnel to the Bassadone Automotive Nordic as part of the transaction. The transfer is subject to regulatory approval. Nissan Qashqai wins big comparison test   Finland´s leading car magazine, Moottori, recently did a test drive of our Nissan Qashqai e-POWER and five competitors. And Qashqai was the clear winner!   The comparison test included 6 of the most sold competitors and was conducted from from Helsinki to central Finland and back, including very varying driving circumstances and roads.   These were the tested car models:               Honda CR-V e:HEV Elegance Kia Sportage 1.6 T-GDI Hybrid Edition FWD Nissan Qashqai e-Power Tekna 2WD Renault Austral E-Tech Full Hybrid 200 4Control Toyota Corolla Cross 2.0 Hybrid Launch Edition Volkswagen Tiguan 1.5 eTSI 110 kW DSG Elegance Business   Nissan Qashqai e-POWER won the test with the highest grade, which we are very proud of! 😊    Here is the media summary:   “Nissan Qashqai - the only car with no weaknesses  As a model, Qashqai has experienced a striking development curve, and in its current form is one of the best compromises in the SUV class.
