Today marks the winter solstice, which means tomorrow will be a few seconds longer than today. Is this a tiny win? Yes. Are we celebrating anyway? Also yes. Some might call this the darkest day of the year, but we prefer to think of it as the day we start our extremely slow journey back to remembering what colors look like.

It's a place where comfort beats style and people focus on what matters. That means our teammates can concentrate on making great games instead of worrying about dress codes, whether they're delivering presents in a flying sleigh or coding in a hoodie.
