£82,000 saved on energy bills last Christmas – can we do even better this year? 💚💡 Last winter, colleagues across the University of Reading and Henley Business School helped cut energy usage over the break, saving an incredible £82,000 and reducing carbon emissions. This year, we’re asking everyone to switch off before heading home for a well-deserved holiday. That means: ✅ Lights ✅ Computers and monitors (at the plug) ✅ Fridges (don’t forget to take home any milk!) ✅ Water heaters and coolers ✅ Any non-essential electrical equipment Small actions, big impact.
