The visit aimed to enhance the Digital Innovation Lab's capabilities in communication and media by learning about the best French practices in this field and exchanging expertise with their French counterparts. The Libyan delegation met with several French entities involved in digital transformation, including the French Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (DILA (Direction de l'information légale et administrative)), which provided the delegation with an overview of the mechanisms for disseminating government information through various digital channels. The delegation also exchanged experiences with communication officials at the Minister of National Education and Youth and benefited from the Ministry of Health's experience in digitalization and communication through the "Mon Espace Santé" application. This tour also provided the delegation with the opportunity to broaden their understanding of organizing hackathons and to benefit from France's experiences in this field, which will contribute to the success of the upcoming hackathon organized by the lab on the integration of tax data. Key achievements of the visit: ✨ Exchange of expertise: The delegation learned about the working mechanisms of communication teams in French organizations and how they use various communication tools to promote their services and initiatives. ✨ Capacity building: Participants benefited from French experiences in the field of communication strategies for implementing digital initiatives and successful hackathons. ✨ Strategy development: The knowledge gained from this visit will contribute to the development of the communication strategies of the Libyan Digital Innovation Lab and direct its efforts towards achieving the goals of digital transformation in Libya. #digitaltransformation #innovation #libya #france #LDIL #digitalinnovationlab #studytour
