  • Want to Boost Your Game’s Monetization? Easy! But first, the hard truth: Without good gameplay, you can’t. And even with a great game, players will surprise you. They won’t play how you expect. - How often do they play? - How long are their sessions? - What do they buy? And when? - How do they react to wins or losses? It’s not just one parameter—it’s hundreds. By analyzing player behavior, you can: - Personalize their journey. - Boost monetization. - Improve their experience. Great games deserve great insights. • Think a 100-0 deal is unfair? Let's think about it All emotions away You're negotiating with a publisher They fund 100% of your game They cover your rent, salaries, dev costs If the game fails, they lose $600K to $1 million You lose... nothing No collateral. No debt You walk away, they absorb the hit If a bank funded you, you’d risk your house, your car - everything In a publishing deal, all the risk is on them What do you think? Is it a fair deal? • Thinking about making a game? Start here: Understand your players. Before you write a single line of code, dive into player segments. Maybe even your own player segment. Ask yourself: - What kind of player am I? - What do I enjoy? - Are there others like me? Look at where they’re heading. What games are they excited about? Spot the trends within your audience. But don’t stay in your basement building for two years. Validate early. Check if your game is meeting their needs. Continuously adjust as you go. Build, test, improve, repeat. Agree? My first podcast episode made me over $10k. But I have 9 top fans? Here's what happened: I launched my podcast The Gaming Playbook Goal: Create good content and talk to people I admire. April 1st: Announced my new business to the world. April 15th: The first episode goes live. May 1st: Signed my 1st ghostwriting client No video. A cheap mic. I edited it all myself. Used "$100M Offers" book for the page turn sound effect After the podcast, my guest said: "I know someone who you should speak to" → Intro call next week → $10,000+ in revenue since then → 141 posts, 648,806 views, 80+ meetings for client Most B2B businesses forget that, yes, you want views. But you'd prefer the right views. That one connection changed everything. Here's what I learned: Your next client is in your 2nd degree network. The best opportunities rarely come directly. They come through conversations. Want to grow your business? 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹: "𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲?" It changed my life in April. It may change yours, too. 💪 P.S. Big thank you to all who tune into the playbook :) I'm curious: did you know I had a podcast?
