We are pleased to announce that on December 19th 2024, the Financial Administration and H&M Hennes & Mauritz d.o.o. signed a unilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (APA). The APA between the Financial Administration, represented by its Director General, Peter Grum, and H&M Hennes & Mauritz d.o.o., represented by TPA Slovenia, is for the period from December 1st 2023 to November 30th 2028, i.e. for five tax periods. Fantastic second day at the EXPO REAL (Messe München). Wine tasting was a highlight and very well attended! Tomorrow is the last day for the TPA Group & Baker Tilly Germany booth. At Expo Real 2024, TPA Group will once again be the hub for professional exchange. At the joint booth of the TPA Group and Baker Tilly Germany consultants, networking and wine tasting will provide a platform to discuss current topics in the real estate industry. A highlight at the TPA booth - the wine tasting featuring selections from Weingut Bründlmayer in Langenlois. While enjoying a good glass of wine, real estate experts will share insights and market assessments. Despite the challenges of the past year, there are already some silver linings on the horizon. Napoved - s 1. 1. 2025 se uvaja nova različica Standardne klasifikacije dejavnosti, SKD 2025 S 1. januarjem 2025 bo v Sloveniji začela veljati nova različica Standardne klasifikacije dejavnosti, 𝗦𝗞𝗗 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, ki bo zaradi strukturnih sprememb gospodarstva nadomestila trenutno veljavno različico SKD 2008. Nova Uredba o standardni klasifikaciji dejavnosti prinaša največ sprememb na področju trgovine ter informacijskih in komunikacijskih dejavnosti. Standardna klasifikacija dejavnosti (SKD) je obvezen nacionalni standard, ki se uporablja za določanje dejavnosti in za razvrščanje poslovnih subjektov in njihovih delov za potrebe uradnih in drugih administrativnih zbirk podatkov (registri, evidence, podatkovne baze ipd.) ter za potrebe statistike in analitike v državi in na mednarodni ravni. Dejavnosti, ki jih podjetnik želi opravljati, se ob registraciji podjetja vpišejo v Poslovni register Slovenije. Za družbe in druge pravnoorganizacijske oblike subjektov se v Poslovni register Slovenije ravno tako vpišejo glavna in druge dejavnosti.
