Two weeks ago an inspiring (P)ostani aktivna event took place in Sežana, Slovenia, bringing together a group of fantastic women and mothers. This was a day dedicated purely to women and their health, to good energy, flexibility exercises and good mood! 🥰 The program included an informative lecture on diastasis by Urša Rijavec and a high-energy workout led by kinesiologist Nina Strojnik. (P)ostani aktivna emphasized the importance of regular exercise, especially for mothers. Staying active not only supports physical recovery after childbirth but also improves energy levels, strengthens core muscles, and helps reduce stress. 🤱🌺 For many mothers, exercise is also an important way to carve out time for themselves and maintain mental well-being.
