We recently attended the conference 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙤𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 in Ljubljana SRIP ToP, where we gained valuable insights into the latest technological solutions. We learned about several exciting projects, such as robotic sorting of electronic waste, which presents a significant challenge due to the separation of hazardous components, like batteries, and at the same time offers important benefits for safety and the environment. We’re proud to share details about a recently completed project for the electric vehicle sector. #casestudy Our team 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐤, ensuring precise alignment with the car brand’s logo. One of the major challenges we faced was the variability in layer positioning between batches. This required us to continuously adapt the laser ablation process for each batch.   To overcome this challenge, 𝐰𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, allowing us to precisely detect and adjust the position of the ablation process in real time. As a result, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬.   The solution has been 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 into the customer’s production line, and we are thrilled to report that they are now using the machine with great satisfaction.   This project highlights our commitment to #innovation and precision in #industrialautomation.
